New Brands Launched

Chevron Menswear has grown from a single aspirational store into a destination for premium designer menswear — curating sought-after brands like C.P. Company, Berghaus, Lacoste, EA7 and more. Known for its eye on seasonal trends and high street style, the brand has always combined fashion credibility with strong retail instincts.

But when Covid forced bricks-and-mortar retail to a standstill, the team knew they needed to act quickly. The goal was clear: retain their customer base, transition into digital properly, and build a new revenue stream that would serve them long beyond lockdown. That’s when I came in as their fractional e-commerce partner.

What I Delivered

Brought in as part of the internal team, my role was to provide senior-level e-commerce support across strategy, implementation, and day-to-day growth — helping Chevron Menswear build a digital presence that could match their retail strength.

Website Development

Working closely with their in-house and third-party developers, I oversaw the launch of a new Shopify site. From layout structure to functionality and product flow, the focus was on creating a user-friendly experience that worked across devices — and converted.

Paid Social & Performance Reporting

I implemented a full Meta Ads strategy to drive online sales, while setting up reporting systems that helped the Chevron team understand exactly where revenue was coming from and where the ad budget was best spent. This allowed us to react quickly to seasonal performance, product trends, and changing demand.

Email Marketing via Klaviyo

To support retention, I set up a Klaviyo strategy from scratch — creating flows, building segments, and rolling out regular campaign activity. The result was a consistent stream of email revenue and a stronger relationship with customers outside of paid media.

On-Demand Technical Support

Beyond day-to-day digital marketing, I acted as a go-to support on ad hoc development needs, content updates, and technical problem-solving — helping Chevron stay agile and focused without needing to grow their team full-time.

Results

With fractional support across their digital operations, Chevron Menswear successfully pivoted to online growth — building out a site that sells, a marketing engine that works, and a clearer view of what drives performance. Most importantly, they now have a sustainable e-commerce foundation they can build on for seasons to come.
