FAQ’s
What is a Fractional E-Commerce Manager?
A fractional e-commerce manager is a senior e-com expert who works with your brand part-time — giving you the strategic leadership and executional support of a Head of E-Commerce without the cost of a full-time hire.
How do you usually work with clients?
I work flexibly — some clients bring me in for 1–2 days a week, others for short-term sprints or to help with launches. We’ll start with a call to understand your goals, then I’ll tailor an approach to suit your team and budget.
Do you only work with fashion brands?
While my background is in fashion and lifestyle, I’ve helped a variety of DTC businesses. If your product is sold online and you’re growth-focused, chances are we’ll be a good fit.
How soon can you start?
Availability depends on current commitments, but I often have capacity for new clients within 1–2 weeks. If it’s urgent (e.g. team cover, campaign deadline), I can usually step in quickly.
Do you offer fixed pricing or retainers?
Yes — I offer both flexible project pricing and fixed monthly retainers for ongoing support. I’ll provide a clear proposal after our initial call, based on the scope of work.
Do you work with early-stage brands or just established businesses?
Both. I’ve helped brands at every stage — from newly launched DTC startups to established names looking to level up. What matters most is that you’re ready to take e-commerce seriously and want to grow with purpose.
Can you help with a one-off project or audit?
Yes. While many clients retain me for ongoing support, I also offer standalone projects like website audits, email strategy overhauls, or performance marketing reviews. These are a great way to fix urgent issues or test the waters before committing longer term.
Are you familiar with the tools and platforms we already use?
Most likely — I work with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and a wide range of tools that power modern e-commerce. Even if you’re using something less common, I’ll quickly get up to speed and help you make the most of it (or suggest better alternatives if needed).
