British Boxers is built on principles that matter — timeless designs, British manufacturing, and a commitment to doing things properly. While the brand had built a loyal following, they needed a clearer structure to manage and grow their e-commerce presence without losing focus on what made the business special.
What Was Needed
The team had strong instincts and a great product, but limited internal capacity to manage the ongoing demands of digital growth. Like many small but established fashion brands, they were balancing wholesale, DTC, marketing, and fulfilment — and often just needed help knowing where to focus first.
They didn’t need an agency — they needed someone who could step in and make decisions, shape plans, and move things forward with them.

How I Helped
Initially brought in on a short-term basis, I now work with British Boxers as a fractional e-commerce partner, supporting the business across digital marketing, trading, and operational strategy.
Some of the key areas I’ve led include:
Paid Marketing Support
Took on day-to-day oversight of Meta advertising, working to improve return on ad spend and reduce wasted budget — all while building a structure that’s manageable long-term.
Email and Retention Strategy
Rebuilt the brand’s email flows and content rhythm using Klaviyo, helping turn email into a consistent revenue channel instead of a last-minute task.
Website Development Input
Worked alongside their team to plan and launch a new Shopify site, with improvements to navigation, product presentation, and conversion rate optimisation.
B2B Support
Helped scope and integrate a new wholesale system that fits the way they actually work — not just what a developer says they “should” be doing.
Commercial Oversight
Acted as a sounding board for seasonal planning, promotion structures, hiring, and new ideas — offering guidance without the pressure of a full-time headcount.
Results
British Boxers has seen year-on-year revenue growth since our work began — not through chasing short-term hacks, but by improving the parts of the business that matter and sticking with a strategy.
The digital side of the business now has structure and rhythm, allowing the team to focus more of their time on what they’re best at — developing products, telling stories, and serving their customers.
