Website Refresh & Backend Optimisation
Cleaned up product data, improved merchandising, and streamlined the Shopify backend to support better navigation, inventory control and conversion.
Meta Ads Management
Restructured and relaunched Meta campaigns with new creative, refined audiences, and conversion-focused strategies — resulting in improved ROAS and engagement.
Klaviyo CRM Overhaul
Took full ownership of the email channel. Updated existing flows and introduced new automations to catch customers at key journey points — boosting retention, reviews, and revenue.
