But with the pressure to stay ahead of trends — and competitors — the team at Prè London knew their digital strategy needed a reset. That’s when I came on board as a fractional e-commerce partner, tasked with helping them restructure their marketing operation and rebuild for scalable growth.

I took ownership of Prè’s email marketing setup, introducing a complete Klaviyo framework — from core flows and audience segmentation to branded, mobile-first campaign content. The result: stronger retention, higher engagement, and more consistent revenue from existing customers.
Paid Social & Performance Reporting
We refreshed Meta Ads strategy and structure, aligning budget and creative with product drops, retail partnerships, and promo activity. I also helped implement clearer reporting across the board, giving the team greater visibility into ROAS, product performance, and trends.
Website Development
As part of a wider brand evolution, I helped guide the planning and implementation of a new Shopify website. Built for both form and function, the site now better reflects the brand’s fast-paced identity — while improving mobile usability and checkout flow.
