Intro Clothing is an independent, multi-brand menswear boutique based in the heart of Deansgate, Manchester. Established in 1990, it holds the distinction of being the city’s longest-standing store of its kind. Known for its progressive, hand-picked menswear collections and standout in-store experience, Intro has earned a loyal following locally and globally.

With over 30 years of retail heritage and a reputation for curating high-end, innovative menswear, the brand needed a digital presence that could reflect the quality and service their customers have come to expect — while also scaling their online potential.

A New Shopify Website — Built for Growth

We relaunched the Intro Clothing website on Shopify, improving page speed, mobile usability, and backend stability. The new site was designed to better reflect the store’s premium positioning and create a more seamless shopping experience for both UK and international customers.

Fixing Cross-Border Friction

We resolved longstanding issues with international duties and taxes, giving customers outside the UK a smoother, clearer checkout journey. The result was reduced cart abandonment and an uplift in overseas orders — all without sacrificing operational simplicity.

Google Ads Overhaul

We audited and rebuilt the brand’s Google Ads campaigns from the ground up — restructuring accounts, refining targeting, and shifting budget focus to high-return product categories. Return on ad spend (ROAS) improved significantly, giving the brand more confidence in scaling paid acquisition.

Klaviyo Strategy & Growth

We reviewed the full Klaviyo setup, identifying gaps in flows, segment performance and campaign cadence. With a mix of strategic adjustments and tactical updates, we delivered a more focused email marketing plan that continues to grow steadily — both in revenue and customer engagement.
