For over a century, Hilditch & Key has been recognised as one of London’s most distinguished shirtmakers — known for timeless design, impeccable craftsmanship, and a loyal following of men who value understated elegance over flashy labels. Based on Jermyn Street, their heritage speaks volumes. But like many iconic brands, Hilditch & Key knew it was time to bring their online presence in line with the evolving expectations of today’s discerning customer.

We took over Klaviyo strategy and management, modernising both the visual and messaging approach. With new flows, refined segments and a sharper campaign cadence, Hilditch & Key now have a consistent retention strategy that reflects the quality of the products themselves.
Branding Refresh & Content Support
While staying true to the core identity, we helped the brand sharpen its visual language across email, ads and site content — supporting a new generation of customers without alienating existing ones. Photography, messaging and seasonal promotions all received subtle but impactful updates.
